Known for its longevity and stability, Westfield provides personal insurance in 10 states, commercial insurance in 21 states, and surety products in 50 states through independent agents. The Challenge
Imagine trying to get thousands of employees on the same “gifting page”. That's exactly the fun (but massive) puzzle Westfield Insurance needed to solve. They were looking for a way to make it super easy for every department – sales, events, HR, you name it – to order awesome, branded gifts whenever they needed them. Think high-quality, custom gifts that really shout 'Westfield!', but with a system so smooth, anyone could use it. They wanted to turn gifting into a breeze for their entire company, and make sure that Westfield’s brand magic shone through every single gift.
The Solution
Westfield needed to get thousands of employees on the same gifting page, right? So that's exactly what we did – we built them their very own private gift portal! Think of it as their internal online gift shop, just for the Westfield team.
We didn't just throw everything into one big pile, though. We knew each department had its own goal and budget, so we worked with them individually. Take sales, for instance. We teamed up with Kate and Allison to create separate pages for Small Business, Personal Lines, and their 'Win Ohio' initiative.
We used our branded box series, but with a twist. Each department got their own custom variations – to keep it interesting! Plus, they wanted everything to be 'sharable,' meaning everyone in the office could enjoy the goodies, no matter the box size. Oh, and we can even set up different inventory levels for each department, so they can allocate their numbers accordingly.
Here's a peek at what we created:
• Westfield Cube: Filled with everyone's favorite Cheryl's Cookies – a sweet little thank you.
• Westfield Gable Box: Packed with sharable snacks, all color-coordinated with Westfield's brand.
• Westfield Large Box: Even more sharable snacks, like, a ton of them! Over 40, all matching Westfield's colors.
For HR, we set up a special portal to celebrate employee milestones. They can even personalize anniversary gifts based on employee preferences!
And for events? We've got them covered with custom branded welcome bags and luxury raffle gifts, all available on-demand. Making their event planning a whole lot easier.

The Result
Westfield Insurance employees are absolutely loving their new gifting setup! We're talking many many happy campers thrilled about how easy and personalized everything is. We've fine-tuned every detail, from keeping track of inventory to letting them upload Excel sheets for those big gift ships. Basically, we've turned gifting from a chore into a total breeze for them.
But here's the really cool part: Westfield's clients are just as impressed! We've had a few instances where Westfield's clients received these awesome gifts and thought 'Wow, we need to do this for our clients!' So, they reached out to help them too!
